CRITÈRES CLIENTS
- A referral is not considered eligible if the client/prospect has already been introduced to the company. In such cases, the referrer will not qualify for referral compensation or commission.
- Referrals must be new to Odoo, i.e., the referral is not using Odoo yet or hasn’t acquired the Odoo user license yet.
- Geographic Presence in APAC, North America, Europe, or the Middle East.
- Minimum Annual Revenue of US $10M
- Minimum Service Budget of US $10,000, excluding Odoo user license cost.

- The Company shall pay the Referrer the commission for each successful referral, where a successful referral is defined as a referral that signed the contract/proposal made the payment.
- The Company shall pay the Referrer within thirty (30) days of the payment received from the client/customer.
- The Referrer is eligible to get the commission for the product/services mentioned here in the table below:

SUIVI DE LA COMMISSION DE RÉFÉRENCE
NUMIDIT fournira au référent l'accès au portail où il pourra suivre l'historique de la rémunération gagnée et du paiement de celle-ci.
